About Kira White
Kira White offers Forest Therapy walks in Boulder, Colorado, surrounding areas, and beyond. She is a trained and certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, as well as a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education, Kira brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to her work.
Her own experiences in nature have shown her the profound healing and restoration that the forest can offer, inspiring her to share this practice with others. Drawing on both personal insight and scientific understanding, Kira guides walks that highlight the evidence-based benefits of time in nature as a powerful wellness practice—supporting overall wellbeing.
Kira works with a wide range of individuals and groups, including corporate teams, wellness professionals, students, and retreat participants—anyone seeking a deeper connection with the natural world. She offers consulting, private sessions, and group forest bathing experiences, including half-day and full-day workshops. Kira is also available to travel beyond Colorado, and especially enjoys collaborating with retreat experiences to guide participants in immersive, nature-based practices.
